Where does SCAGLIONE ship?

SCAGLIONE currently ships to Europe, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.


Here you can find our shipping fees:

ITALY

- FREE SHIPPING on orders over €200.

- Orders under €200 will be charged a €5,90 shipping fee.



EUROPE

- FREE SHIPPING on orders over €200.

- Orders under €200 will be charged a €9,90 shipping fee.



The U.K.

We would like to inform you that after Brexit, the U.K. is treated as a NON-EU country and we currently offer pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout to avoid unexpected charges.

- Orders under €250 will be charged a €14,90 shipping fee.



SWITZERLAND, CANADA & US

- FREE SHIPPING on orders over €250.

- Orders under €250 will be charged a €14.90 shipping fee.




AUSTRALIA, CHINA, SINGAPORE, HONG KONG, JAPAN

- Orders will be charged a €25,00 shipping fee.



Do you provide a tracking number before the shipment?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout its journey. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your parcel's tracking number.



If I am ordering outside of Europe, my order may be subject to custom and import duties?

Yes, you may incur customs duties when ordering outside of Europe and, currently, we offer pre-paid duties at checkout only for the UK.



I'm having problems with the tracking. What should I do?

We are sorry about that! In some cases, the carrier takes up to 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or not working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can at support@scaglione.it

We can give you the inside information you need.

XMAS HOLIDAY UPDATE

Receive your gifts in time for Christmas by ordering them before:

- 14th December with standard shipping
- 17th December with express shipping

Also, if you order between December 1st and December 31st, returns are extended through January 15th 2024.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from receipt of your parcel to return all or part of your order.

Return conditions :

- Items whose labels have been detached cannot be returned
- The item(s) must not have been worn or washed

Once we have received the above request of replacement, you will receive quickly the instructions on how to return the product(s), assigning you a unique code for the return. You will receive an authorisation e-mail containing the necessary documents to proceed with the shipment.

Shipping costs related to the return of the product, within the European Union, are borne by the Seller only for the first replacement.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

For NON-UE country we refund the total amount of the order excluding customs duty and VAT

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
